Your outfit will arrive on the date you select via a DPD next day service. You will receive a text with your one hour slot the morning of delivery
To return, simply stick the DPD returns label onto the top of your original box with all garments inside and reseal it.

"The trousers were not the right fit even though the measurements supplied were correct. The package arrived promptly, days before the scheduled arrival . The jacket was okay and was a good fit, whilst the waist coat buttons were already coming off, which balls down to quality. Not say that buttons were are actually coming off . The buttons had an extra cover that covered them, that was what was coming off . If I will use them again the answer will be yes, but it will be for the jacket only . They said key the returns label as they are in the box, they are not you have to initiate the return ."
"Hired a traditional Morning Suit from Rathbones for a wedding and used the ‘try on first service’ which arrived in 3 days I think, everything we ordered was at least one size too big so the try on was worth the extra £ and got a credit toward rental anyway. . superb quality suit and I can’t believe how easy it was from start to finish. Would highly recommended and would deffo hire again as the quality was exceptional for the price. So tip: give yourself enough time incase you size incorrectly and they are right, size down in a morning suit !!"

"I was a bit worried about the measuring bit When the suit was delivered being extra tall I went into my default of “its not going to fit” mode like I do on he high street or other mail ordering. I was pleasently surprised that the suit fitted really well and it did cross my mind if I could buy it I extended the hire for the next weekend for another event and just in the process of hiring another suit for my third event of the month, hiring with confidence this time."
"Like a lot of people, I don’t know my exact dimensions, especially when it comes to black tie. I originally ordered a 38R jacket, but thought it might not fit. Rathbones were amazing and brought the delivery forward so I’d have time to swap the jacket and sure enough, what I really needed was a 36S. The replacement arrived with plenty of time and the fit and quality were all perfect. Considering the amount of time and effort they spent dealing with me I’d say it was great value for money and the returns process was super easy with reusable boxes and DPD. I will definitely be back if I ever get invited to a do this fancy again!"
"Everything as described. Delivery process pretty easy. Suit decent quality. The trousers arrived as 34, but were 32 at best. I had to urgently request a second pair (Very fast, but another £8. 5), and was told the website does suggest you order a size up. Gut feeling is you should get 34's when ordering 34. . . "Ordered a rental tux for a summer ball, unfortunately it didn’t fit very well, but the wife got on the case and with 24 hours we had a different size and only paid for the additional postage. Excellent service and great business model for people who don’t necessarily fall into the traditional tick box for sizes. I’ve ticked ‘runs small’ but that may not necessarily be accurate."
"We hired morning suits for our wedding. The try on service is super convenient and we were able to send the try on suits to each of the groomsmen at their own address. The quality of the suits is great. They are much nicer than other morning suits we had seen on suit shops on the high street. Delivery is also very quick. We didn’t have any issues with sizing but they offer to send different sizes if you have issues when the suit arrives. The trousers have an adjustable waist which is really helpful. We would definitely recommend Rathbones for wedding suit hire. The process couldn’t have been easier and the groom and groomsmen photos have come out looking amazing!"
