For sizing, all components run true to size. Do check our size guide for length of jacket and waistcoat advice.
Your outfit will arrive on the date you select via a DPD next day service. You will receive a text with your one hour slot the morning of delivery
To return, simply stick the DPD returns label onto the top of your original box with all garments inside and reseal it.
Return it to a DPD Pickup Shop. There are 2,500 of these throughout the UK.

"Nice suit and good fit although the wrong colour hat was sent and when I tried contacting via the different channels I had radio silence and no customer service. Not clear on how the suit is returned and no label in the box."
"I was happy with my rental experience from Rathbones. My only criticism is that the waistcoat was far too large, even when adjusted as much as possible with the back strap. Why not offer the matching ties and pocket squares for rent as well?"

"Ok, email communication was pretty good and helpful but after that things went a bit awry. DPD literally hid the parcel in the back of an outbuilding and it wasn’t found for two days ( no fault of Rathbones but an emailed delivery alert might have been useful) The trouser sizing for the morning suit was ridiculous. I’m just under 6’ and was prompted to order 30” leg knowing full well that I always take a 34” leg. The waist sizing is equally insane. I’m a 31” waist, 30” at a pinch but the trousers supplied were actually smaller than 28” ( I measured them). . By ludicrous contrast the 38” waistcoat drowned me. . The 38” jacket fitted perfectly but the lapels were very shabbily pressed Because of the delivery shenanigans the replacements didn’t arrive until mid morning on Wednesday when we were already en route to Ascot. Fortunately my very talented wife pinned and tacked my enormous waistcoat and re-sewed the jacket buttons. In my wardrobe I found an old but mightily cool pair of Valentino dark grey flannels that escaped the notice of the dress code police and actually looked pretty natty. Given the total cost of the rental, heightened stress levels due to last minute tailoring fixes, I can’t report much more than a sense of disappointment. ( Didn’t have a winner either)"
